This Privacy Policy describes how Agentic Alchemy LLC ("Agentic Alchemy," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to our general marketing website at www.agentic-alchemy.tech (the "Site").
This policy applies only to the Site. It does not apply to the Crucible platform (governed by the separate Crucible Privacy Policy) or to Waypoint (governed by the separate Waypoint Terms of Service & Privacy Policy).

Name, company name, email address, and phone number submitted through contact forms, demo requests, or sales inquiries; any additional information you choose to include in a message to us.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Standard web server access logs (IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited, timestamps), retained by our hosting provider (Hostinger) for security and operational purposes. Basic site analytics, if enabled, used only in aggregate — not to build individual user profiles.
2.3 Cookies
The Site uses cookies only as strictly necessary for basic functionality and, if enabled, aggregate analytics. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site behavioral tracking. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, a cookie consent mechanism added before those cookies are set.
